"鉄板焼きでは、もう少し質の高いお肉を使っていただけるとより満足度が高まると感じました。また、パフォーマンスについても、今の時代ではそれほど喜ばれるものではないかもしれません。 フレンチレストランは料理自体はとてもおいしかったですが、ドレスコードがあり、さらにスタッフの対応にもやや違和感を覚えました。 一方で、イタリアンとステーキハウスは料理・サービスともにとても良く、心地よく食事を楽しむことができました。 SPAについては、営業時間が21時までと案内されていたにもかかわらず、20時20分に入場しようとした際に歓迎されない雰囲気があり、実際に入ってみるとすでに清掃が始まっていて、水風呂などは利用できない状態でした。終了間際という印象が強く、非常に残念でした。 その一方で、日本人スタッフの方が2名いらっしゃり、とても丁寧に対応してくださった点は大変ありがたく、好印象を持ちました。"

"This was a fantastic place to stay! I was traveling with 4 friends, so we booked the room with 6-beds, and it was great! We had a private bathroom, but there were also 2 full bathrooms on the bottom floor next to the change rooms (for those hanging by the pool), so we were all able to shower and do our business without having to wait for the en suite bathroom 👌👌 There are tons of restaurants in the area, and an Oxxo nearby if you want to grab some drinks & snacks.
