"The property is as advertised; it is small but has what you need for a visit to NYC. It is a 20-minute walk to Times Square, 5 minutes to the Empire State Building, and 10 minutes to Flatiron. "Great location. Multiple subway stations within 5 minutes. Easy pick-ups for ride share. We had first floor unit and was very quiet. Everything you need for your stay no further than 10 minute walk."

"Great value for location, hotel is small and old, facilities are good and swimming pool and hot tub were a hit with the children. Kitchen was well equipped but all very tight.
