"Apartment had the best location, walk everywhere, no need for a car at all. We used Uber to go to Tybee Island. Apartment was clean. They provided only one trash bag and we were there for a full week (Saturday to Saturday). It is right across the street from CVS Pharmacy so you can pick things up there. It did not impact our stay or thoughts of the place.
Areas I would recommend for improvement is there is wasted space in the bedroom. A small dresser would be nice to store clothes you...

"We loved the layout of 3 bedroom apartment and it was beautifully decorated. I like that the parking was secured and each resident had assigned parking which is included in the rental rate. The only concern that we had is that the centralized trash dump was not picked up and emptied in timely manner . Also, we had some issues in securing the front door lock. However, when we brought our concerns to the management they responded in a timely manner. The neighborhood was nice and accessible to...

"Overall, we had a good stay at Black Swan. The apartment was nice, the location is fantastic, and the staff was very responsive whenever we needed anything.
A few things to be aware of: the elevators were not working during our stay, so we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. Parking is not on site—you’ll need to park in a garage a few blocks away and carry your luggage through the busy downtown streets. Most of the outlets in the living room and kitchen also didn’t work.

"The loft was exactly as described! Lots of things neatly labeled, and they had everything we needed that we might have forgotten. Pull-out sofa was comfortable! Short walk to many popular chain stores as well as many local businesses. "

"Location is everything! Right in the middle of shopping and dining- We walked everywhere or took the hop on-hop off trolley- we had the very best vacation in Savannah. Previous reviews mentioned the street noise and there was plenty of that but room fans helped a great deal. Good water pressure, very clean. The bed in the primary bedroom should be replaced.
