Awesome location in Savannah's Historic District! This carriage house apartment has a compact designer kitchen and ultra stylish furnishings. Private garage parking for 1 small car below the rental is an added luxury!
Steps from dining, shopping and tourist landmarks. King size bed + single cot pullout chair for person #3 if needed in living room.

Garage bay fits a small or medium size car and the garage door is roughly 91" wide and 83" tall. If your vehicle is large the street parking is free to the public on this block.

On this site there is a no refund policy but we offer premium travel insurance through CSA Generali as an add on to your booking to protect you from unforseen covered reasons that prevent travel.

Note that the patio is shared between 3 units at this Triplex building. There is no shared indoor space

Property has an outdoor camera above patio and a camera in the garage.

Great small condo in very walkable location. Everything was clean and neat. The furnishings were nice and the bed was very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a nice plus. The garage is another great plus. Our 4 door Jeep Wrangler fit just fine and we were able to leave it safely locked inside while we walked this historic city.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!!! Close to the places we wanted visit and the room was beautiful and very nicely stocked and appropriated. It was a great place to come back to in the evenings to get ready to go out or to just stay in and relax. In fact, one evening we did just that. Loved it!!! We will visit again!

I will stay here every time I come to Savannah. Definitely a home away from home vibe. Clean, cozy, nice area. Close to everything but far enough to not be bothered by any noise.

The rental was in a great, central location to downtown Savannah. We could easily walk just about anywhere we needed to go. The garage was SMALL, but with a bit of effort we were able to park without issue. It was great knowing we had that added level of security for our car and we didnt need to bother with paid parking. For the most part, the room was clean. No issues in the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, or living area. That said, the towels and bed linens smelled horribly of mildew. We assumed someone might have left them out while wet, so we considered using the washing machine and dryer in the unit to freshen them up, but the washing machine also smelled terrible. The dryer was full of other damp towels and linens, so that wasn't an option. Thankfully we brought our own pillows, but I wish we'd had the foresight to bring towels, washcloths, and blankets, too. If it werent for the smelly sheets and towels this would have been a 5 star rating.
Dryer was left full.

The house is decorated cute and well appointed but wasn’t as clean as we had hoped. The bedding was wrinkled and stained. The towels smelled sour as soon as they got wet. The fan in the bedroom sounds awful. The pull down shades in the bedroom let a ton of light in in the morning and don’t give as much privacy as you would want at night. It needs a full length mirror.

This is a fantastic place to stay while in Savannah. Convenient location. Very clean with a good kitchen set up. The bed was like a dream. A genuine King memory foam that would make Goldilocks proud. And a private garage for a small to medium sized car tops it off. You'll have no regrets staying here.

This was our first time in Savannah. The house was amazing, exactly as described. Perfect size for two, loved the decor and the bed was very comfy! The location was spot on as we walked everywhere from the River walk to Leopold’s ice-cream. If you are looking for a clean, comfy, well located spot, I highly recommend. We will definitely book again if we come back!
