"We had a wonderful time on our trip and enjoyed staying in this location. It does have a few eccentricities that should be noted. The larger bedroom's king size bed is very high; a step stool is needed to climb in and out. This could be difficult for some guests to navigate. The smaller bedroom's window faces the alley and parking area and bright lights are on all night outside this window. There are blinds, but it was still bright enough that it was hard to sleep. Bring a light-blocking mask!...

"Prefect is you are looking for the quirk and charm of an old unique home. Grateful for modern A/C. Be aware of steep stairs to the suite and limited availability of walk sockets and overloading when certain appliances are used. We did not have an issue with appliances but did have to unplug lamps to charge or use devices. The location and charm of this building is unmatched. We slept incredibly well and were very very comfortable!"

"April 2026. Great little spot for two. Super clean! King bed was soft, but comfortable. Super cool AC. Ceiling fans. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water. Fabulous location. 1/2 block from southern perimeter of Forsyth Park. Great restaurants within 2 or 3 blocks. Coffee shops galore. Listing pics are accurate. Included parking spot was a real bonus! "Very rare you can rate a place 5 stars, but this place deserves it. We had a slight hiccup with the check in process but even at midnight the host showed up and got us in! This place is different than other rental properties. A beautifully and thoughtfully decorated renovated historic home with all the creature comforts you need. Visited Savannah with a friend and my 6 year old son. I appreciated the ability to park off the street and had it not been raining we would have been able to walk to...

"There is NO PARKING included with this rental. However, there is metered parking spaces available on nearby streets. Parking cost 1.50 per hour from Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
