This adorable centrally located one bedroom apartment has a luxurious King bed in the bedroom, a Queen pullout sofa in the expansive Living Room, private laundry, a well stocked kitchen and dining table. This location is in a gorgeous prime spot in Savannah's busy Historic District, making the parking spot highly valuable. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions! We have free wifi. Check in time is 3:00pm or later. Checkout is by 11:00am. No smoking. No Pets

Steps from Perry Lane Hotel with its gorgeous rooftop bar and ground level restaurant. 'The Public Kitchen and Bar' at 1 W Liberty is 0.2 miles away or a 4 minute stroll. They serve gourmet local cuisine, designer cocktails, wine & cheese, steaks, burgers and vegetarian items. J Christopher's' is a yummy breakfast, brunch and lunch spot. It is only 266 feet from this apartment so roll out of bed and beat the crowd to this popular weekend brunch spot.

$15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home! If you do not wish to use our off street parking space or have more than 1 vehicle you will have to park on street where parking is metered around the home. We suggest downloading the ParkSavannah app to pay for your numbered spot with a credit card on your phone.There is no need to drive to the many destinations within the Historic District but if you take the car to Tybee Island or another driving destination you will love having your private parking spot upon your return

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah! We really appreciated the old Savannah charm and found it to be a great place that was convenient for walking, dining, and sightseeing. The parking spot was also a significant bonus. We would highly recommend your place.

Great Location

Great location for property. This property is within walking distance to restaurants and the riverfront. IF you are looking for a stay within the historic district, this is the perfect location. The parking spot for the apartment is a plus as you do not need to move your vehicle if you are active and can walk a couple of blocks to get to everything. There are very good restaurants within a block of the apartment with plenty of variety to choose from.There were a couple of things about the apartment that need a little attention. The drain for the shower is slow to drain and water backs up in the tub when taking a shower. The toilet could also use a little attention as well as it seems to be dated and slow to work sometimes. Kitchen lacked basic cooking utensils as we could only find a small paring knife, we had to buy a knife.Other than those few things mentioned, the stay was enjoyable and worth a look if you need a clean apartment within the historic district.

Wedding Anniversary

The location was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was, when we were about to depart we noticed that our windshield was cracked. We'll probably never know if it was a freak accident or intentional. Behind the property where we were assigned to park had some sketchy characters and activities at times. But overall we had a great time in Savannah and at this property.

This was a much needed 4-day getaway. The apartment was very comfortable, and my husband and I had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again. The location was excellent and was very walkable to most attractions and restaurants. The apartment was cozy with a very comfortable bed. It was also very quiet and peaceful in the evenings which we really appreciated. We were a little concerned by the steps when we booked the property, but happily they proved to be no problem. Finally, we loved the fact of the on-site parking spot since parking is such a premium in Savannah.

Wonderful Location

Wonderful location that is approximately 1/2 mile walking distance of almost all the historic districts. Added plus is the provided parking space. Apartment was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Love all the old woodwork. It is also at one of the Old Town Trolley stops making it very convenient. We will definitely be back for our next trip to Savannah!

Location, location, location!

Perfect location! Everything was in walking distance. Property was super clean and very comfy bed. It would have been nice to have some laundry detergent and dryer sheets. But overall, everything was great!

My stay

The host was good at communicating. Had a couple issues during my stay. Had to wash every dish before it could be used due to all having dry food on them. The door locks to the main door and apartment door took multiple times of putting in the code before it would lock. Had to clean the snow and ice off of the Front steps to get to main door before we could enter.

Central Location

Perfect central location for our first visit to Savannah. Private parking spot included was very appreciated. We only used our car for one trip to Tybee Island, the rest of the time it stayed parked and we didn't have to worry about paid street parking restrictions.Apartment was comfortable for my husband and I. Kitchen was adequately equipped, and laundry facilities greatly appreciated also. Building was quiet during our stay.Communication with the property manager was timely and there were no issues. Would recommend.

I loved the apartment! The bed was really comfortable and the place is so spacious and peaceful. Two issues: 1. I was freezing. Even turning the thermostat up did not help. Maybe provide a space heater for use in winter. 2. The locks are problematic. About half the time when I entered the code, I could not engage the deadbolt. Needs some attention. Other than that, I loved the proximity to everything, the overall vibe, and really felt at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Walking distance to everything.

This was a great little place in walking distance to everything in downtown Savannah. The bed was big and super comfortable. It was also great to have our own parking place. Would book again if we visit Savannah.

Easy checkin. Property mgr was very responsive. The apartment is old style Savannah and we loved it. Very clean and great location. You can walk to all the best spots. Would stay there again!!

The perfect location

We come to Savannah a couple of times a year but just recently started choosing VRBO instead of hotels. This stay was in the absolute perfect location. Very walkable. We loved the charm of staying in a historic location. The apartment was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. The best trip we have ever had and we’ve been to Savannah a lot. We will definitely choose to stay again!

Great location

The parlor apt was centrally located near shops, restaurants, and the free DOT bus line. King bed was very comfortable. Street noise was minimal. Kitchen needs a major upgrade including cooking/serving utensils and garbage disposal. Would I recommend this place? Yes but not to anyone with stair climbing issues.
