"There are definitely some great things about this property: the location is excellent, it was clean, secure parking was a major plus, and the host was very responsive during check-in.
However, for a stay costing $615 for two nights, the value simply was not there. The listing felt misleading; the photos showed a beautiful kitchen with a TV, but it was not made clear that this was a shared building amenity rather than part of the private unit. The unit itself was very scarcely furnished...

"Lovely space. Short walk to cafes, bars, bus stops, and the lake. Got some great local info from people we met which lead to some amazing days. Our host was super kind and friendly."

"The suite was clean and the bed comfortable. For our purposes, there was everything we needed in the kitchen for food prep. This said, both the suite and grounds could do with a bit of TLC.
The lighting was poor, making the suite really dark. It was a challenge using the bathroom mirror to apply make-up.
Lastly, it would be a nice touch to have a small welcome note and perhaps a couple of bottles of water. "
