"This place is magical and you’d be a fool not to stay here!!! Book the I dram of Jeannie suite!! They provide everything you need! Kitchen utensils to cook. Griming tools to grill, towels, umbrellas! There is private beach access and hammocks all over the premises. Also yoga mats and beautiful art all over the property. You can’t find a better place in cocoa"

"Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy....

"This place was great, super clean, great location, very short walk right to the beach on the property plus two different outdoor showers. The cottage itself was great, great ocean view, very modern, enough space for my family of 4. Everything worked as it should have. I would definitely recommend staying here. I definitely would go back again."

"It is a time share property not a resort.
It has very little amenities and does not offer day to day room cleaning. We had to take our own trash out order fresh towels and go to store to buy shower items. None of this was listed in the details.
The place is old and tired, it needs a fresh coat of everything.
Kids are un supervised in the pool area and you cannot relax.
If you are hoping for a refreshing time this is not the place it’s very expensive and not worth the money. The beach walk is...

"We did like the hotel for the most part. They did let us check in early but tried to sign us up for a tour at a neighboring hotel. We booked an ocean view but on the second floor we didn’t see much of the ocean. Probably would stay again."
