"Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy....

"My husband and I stay in Cocoa Beach once a year as part of our travel through Florida. The condo was excellent and has everything for our needs. Don’t be put off by the older style of the exterior. This is a well maintained property. The interior is nicely decorated with beach vibe. Super clean with well equipped kitchen. "Awesome location. Property was easy to find. Unit was clean and well designed. Tyler and Abby helped with my check-in. Although there was a glitch in communication through chat with WiFi, Tyler came through. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Air conditioning worked really well.
