"It’s a nice property in a pretty good location with direct beach access. It’s a little dated and could use new carpeting in bedrooms. Suzy was very good communicating with me on check in and the area."

"The checkin process was very smooth and the property was absolutely wonderful. Much bigger than anticipated with stunning views of the ocean. The closets are massive with extra blankets and the laundry room had detergent, stain remover and dryer sheets. The kitchen had some spices and coffee filters. "Cape Winds is a nice, moderately priced condominium complex that doesn’t have the bustle and noise of most like it. The surrounding area is quiet, not commercialised at all, and easy to navigate. If you want the commercial hype and all the traps it’s just a little way down A1A in Cocoa Beach. Cape Winds unit 304 was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed.
