"Property was not where I was led to believe, in fact it was across the bay. The one photo was not of the room I thought I was booking. Host was very cordial but that didn’t make up for the “bait and switch “ I felt occurred"

"No happy with hospitality. Had 2 towels for 4 days. Not good. No hand towels! Second to last day saw maintenance man and asked for towels for the room he generously brought us more towels that we check out the next day. Great location love the room could’ve been better with regular glasses or a cooking pan. It was just a pot."

"This is a nice property, new, well appointed with a nice pool and gym. But whenever you do, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I had a terrible experience with them. Three separate people communicated the day I was supposed to check in asking me when I was arriving. I told them at 9 PM. I arrived and the person supposed to be meeting me had not left his house yet, and he was a half hour away. I was supposed to let him know also but I was on the phone and did not see his text. Why I have to be...
