    The design is inspired by a tiny home. Private Studio which includes 1 private bathroom and kitchenette with laundry facility in the common corridor.
    The lobby of building, hallway with laundry machines and pool area are common areas. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building using the private beach pass provided with your stay.

Nos encanto nuestra estadía. Mil puntos a favor la atencion de Luis, la unidad muy limpia con todas las comodidades a disponibilidad. La piscina igual limpia y buena temperatura. La playa esta frente a la piscina. Todo espectacular lo recomiendo

The studio is small, but has everything you need. Made me rethink minimalist living. And the location is perfect for all South Beach activities. Terri, Anita, and Luiz took great care of us and were always accessible - before check-in and throughout our trip - they provided meaningful information clear instructions and warm support. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and were completely comfortable. See ya next year 313 Team!

Miami charm, amazing location

It's tiny, but it was perfect for the 2 of us. The access to the beach was excellent, and the included beach chairs and umbrella rental were a great perk.

Very desirable location to beach, many varied restaurants close, including a CVS where we were able to purchase some staples to eat in our rental. Site-seeing historical places within close walking distance. We Ubered from airport, close enough you dont need to rent vehicle. Manager readily accessible, answered quickly. Laundry appliances available so we had hardly any luggage.

Great little place. We had an issue with the shower initially. Guess water had been shut off due to maintenance early in the day, so it didn’t work for us initially. But host was quick to respond and get somebody out…then of course it worked, lol. This was a perfect overnight spot for us

Small but very nice room that has been updated nicely. Well provisioned as far as utensils unbelievable immediate response when communicating with host. Auto parking was three blocks away. It was well worth it.

Great place to stay

I am glad my husband and I booked this place to stay. It was in a great location, close walk to all the hot spots in south beach. Beach was beautiful! Host was very attentive and gave easy to follow instructions. I would stay again.

Great room and value for the weekend. Room Was clean and had plenty of space for a solo traveler. Had a new refrigerator and microwave which means the owner is putting money into upkeep which is always great when they pay attention to the small details. Bed was comfortable and was a 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach attendant Rick was very polite and easy to talk to. The communication from the host was very professional, timely, and very detailed. Great stay in south beach and would definitely recommend. Also, I want to point out that this was during spring break, and there were NO noise issues. The spring breaker was not nearly as busy on the part of the beach and was more family oriented.

The Perfect Stay

The place was beautiful and very clean, the host was a very thoughtful and very attentive about every question and everything else. We were in love with Miami beach. Perfect location, close to everything, there is no other perfect stay. We hope to come to Miami back again soon.
