"The room was nice but the staff could really care less about customer service. We stood outside our room waiting on a room key for well over an hour. They kept saying we were the problem (as in we didn't know how to use a key card). They issued us 6 different cards to "fix" the problem. Then they realized that they were issuing the wrong room number each time and finally realized that the room they gave us was actually malfunctioning. In the end, they had to give us a physical key to get into...
