"If I could give this zero stars I would. First thing that happens is I get a 2 queen bed room when we ordered one with a king bed. The remote control was just about dead out of batteries. Two of the towels were dirty and the bed was dirty with something stuck to it. They never replaced the towels during a 4 day stay and only made the bed once.
