"Truly appreciate that it was a full apartment and we were able to cook food and brew coffee on the days we did not feel like spending extra money. Everything you could need was in the apartment. Beach was also super close. Only downside is that parking in this area can be tricky."

"Me and my best friend stayed here for her birthday trip in Miami. It’s a good stay for the price, only 2 blocks away from the beach. CVS down the block and Walgreens down another. Plenty of restaurants to walk to & some shopping in between. I like the fact that the entrance to this place is on the sidewalk and you use an electric code and then you walk up the hallway to the room. "The unit is in need of some maintenance- the inside of the micro is rusting, the refrig needs a deep clean- the seal around the door was dirty/ sticky and very hard to open- better since I scrubbed it. The refrig door handle is missing. The door opens and swings open and bangs the wall. The stove bottom drawer is loose and does not close properly. "
