" The staff and pool area was great. The room was terrible! The door sticks so bad you can barely get it open. The toilet wouldn’t flush, had to have maintenance come fix it 1hr later he came, but by then I fixed it myself. After they fixed it it flushed about three times and now it’s not flushing again. The Wi-Fi is terrible as you can barely make it through 10 mins of a 30 min show without the TV freezing intermittently or for hours and you have to walk to the reception area to have maintenance...
