"Staff very friendly, lobby clean and coffee delicious. Easy to arrange free shuttle to vail village, complimentary ski valet at base of mountain. Hot tub and pool wonderful but would have nice if they provided robes. Would stay here again for sure."

"The service was great. The room was very clean. We loved the ski valet and the onsite restaurant. Our view was terrible (first floor directly into a concrete wall by an outside access door), but we weren't there to spend time in the room so it didn't impact our enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I was surprised at how nice and spacious the room was. One thing that was tricky was that there wasn’t a lot of information about how things worked in the room. It took me half an hour to figure out how to turn the TVs on. A simple direction sheet would’ve been a big help. It took a while to figure out the Wi-Fi as well. And the front desk is only staffed for a few hours a day, which was not convenient. I arrived late in the evening with no idea about where I could get something to eat, and the...
