    WALK TO TOWN: you can take a short walk to Lionshead base area over the pedestrian bridge. This home is located on a quite, private street.

    COMFORT:
    All the things you need to have a great vacation are provided for you. High end finishes throughout this three level home. There is room to comfortably sleep 9 guests in beds. The mattresses are all premium quality pillow tops wrapped in high end linens. The floor plan is perfect for privacy or togetherness, whatever you desire.

    ON THE MAIN LEVEL:
    Dining Room flows into a LARGE Family Room which has a gas fireplace, 40' Samsung HD TV, ample comfortable furniture, and panoramic views of Vail Mountain from 2 story windows. There is a full bathroom on this level. On the large, wrap around deck you will find your own PRIVATE HOT TUB, and a Weber gas barbecue grill. For your convenience the garage has been converted into a heated ski changing room with warm forced air professional boot and glove dryer/heater.

    TOP LEVEL:
    Has a large Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, HD TV, and a deck facing the mountains. The master bathroom has a granite countertop and a large walk in slate-stone shower.
    Across the bridge, which overlooks the living room below, is the small 4th Bedroom/Den which has a Twin Trundle Bed that sleeps 2.
    This bedroom is private and cozy which is perfect for kids or just as a playroom.

    BOTTOM LEVEL:
    has 2 large bedrooms - one has a King Bed; the other - Bunk Beds, and a Twin Bed. Both bedrooms have HD TVs. The bathroom on this level is SPA-INSPIRED, and has RADIANT HEATED NATURAL STONE FLOORS, Granite Top, double sinks, plenty of cabinet space, and a Spa-Like shower with Frameless Doors.

This place is amazing. We had our family of five, grandma and aunt and uncle and all truly loved the relaxing beautiful views and house. The location is amazing. The bus route is super easy. The access to the grocery store is next level. The grill, appliances and water pressure are the best ever. I highly recommend booking this place. Best VRBO experience I have ever had.

The place was okay overall. I would recommend a more thorough general cleaning, including the bed sheets, as well as some basic maintenance around the property to improve the experience. The view was okay.

Beautiful neighborhood near Vail town center!

Easy location with bus service to take you into town, quiet location with very little street noise. Convenient to Vail Stables, the town center and more. A very enjoyable stay for our mixed age family!

Location was excellent. Very close to the Simba Run bus stop and one stop away from the bridge over I70 into Lionshead. House was great for us we were 7 and one toddler and were very comfortable. Garage is setup for when you arrive from the mountain so you can leave al your gear in the closed garage ready for next day skiing or boarding. Highly recommend this spot. The Jacuzzi was privately located on the side of the house and was in perfect working order as well as all devices in the house. Will definitely stay here again when coming back to Vail. Host was very responsive.

Vail ski trip

The views and location are fantastic! Bus system from the house is very easy getting to and from the surrounding areas. They were very responsive. Place was clean and cozy and just made us want to relax and enjoy the trip.

Beautiful home and great location

We loved staying here in Vail. The ski changing garage area was so nice and extremely useful. The house was in excellent condition and was beautiful inside and out. Great views and just a short walk to the bus stop. Will stay again!!

Perfect home for Family Trip

Our family rented this home over Thanksgiving week and it was even better than we expected. Gorgeous, cozy living area, comfortable beds & linens, and in the perfect location. Communication was great with the rental property managers and we felt fully taken care of. Especially loved the welcome bottle of wine!

Family Vail Trip 2023

This house is absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing. Bus stop is right down the road and everything is close by. I would stay here again 100%. Every year we chose somewhere different to stay in Vail or Beaver Creek but I plan to book this one again we loved it so much.

Long weekend in the mountains

The house was perfect for a girl’s weekend! Kitchen was fully stocked and the bus stop was a short walk down the street. The house had everything we needed and more, and everyone had a nice comfy bed to sleep in!

Fantastic condominium!

Our son’s wedding was at Piney Ranch, and this was the perfect place to stay. The views were spectacular, the accommodations were spacious, and the location was awesome! The mornings were perfect with the warm sunshine, and the nights were cool and crisp on the deck. We will definitely look forward to staying here when we return to visit our son and new daughter-in-law. Vail is a special place!

Amazing views and spacious home!

We love this place so much and it was the second time we’ve stayed here! The views are SO amazing from this home - we loved drinking coffee on the deck in the mornings! The property manager was very kind and quick to help whenever we needed anything. We had plenty of space and it was the perfect home for our family and my parents to make wonderful memories in Vail!

Girls Weekend

We came up for the vail beer festival and to celebrate my sister in-laws upcoming marriage. The condo is extremely close to Lionshead, we used the shuttle and walked all weekend. Lots of space and loved the well stocked kitchen for cooking in.

Fall in Vail

This house was perfect! So close to Vail and Lionshead village. Hiking trails walking distance from house and grocery store in 3 minute drive. October was a great time to visit if you just want to relax and take in the beauty.
