"Wonderful stay! We were in town with our teenage daughters looking at colleges and we all loved this place and Santa Monica. The place is super clean and spacious for a family of 4 and it was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was great. We would stay again!"

"We had an awesome stay, place was spotless when we arrived and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Good restaurants all around, and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the electric bikes as we rode to the pier and muscle beach. The rooftop pool was very clean and had a nice grill of the roof to cook on after a long day. "

"The Tea House was exactly what i needed…a peaceful, quiet retreat in nature.The nightly chorus of frogs was a highlight and the trails on the property brought breathtaking views.The host, David, was upbeat, friendly and communicative which made my trip even more enjoyable.There was no tv(perfect!) and no oven/stovetop which made cooking a fun challenge using the toaster oven and microwave. My one tip is to bring napkins and/or paper towel! I can’t WAIT to return!"
