"Tom, the host, was responsive, helpful, and kind. The condo was roomy and well appointed. Great neighborhood, we felt very safe! Comfortable couch and beds! Well stocked kitchen! All the spice essentials… everything you need. Wonderful washer and dryer. Plenty of TP and paper towels. The balcony overlooks the pool, and pool floats and such available in the closet. "This stay was awesome! The location is absolutely amazing and the hosts were just as good with giving detailed check in notes. The apartment itself was beautiful and exactly as we expected after seeing all the listing photos! Honestly made me look into getting an apartment here as Valencia is my home town. Easy access to all the amenities was a plus and parking couldn’t have been easier. Thank you!! We will be back! "

"Super clean rooms super clean house. We were independent and given access to very clean common living areas. Wonderful communication always by the hosts. Street parking gets crowded but nothing that was unmanageable. Loved the place and would stay over and over again."
