"Kelvin was really great and helpful in communicating check-in and out procedures. A lot of thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathroom with one of the best selections of toiletries. The apartment has a bit more wear than shown in the pictures, but it is an altogether fantastic place and a great location."

"Gorgeous Mountain View’s and an incredible location for a 2-person stay. The apartment was designed with elegance and thoughtfulness with all amenities provided. It truly elevated our stay in Pasadena. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was perfect. As others have noted, you must be comfortable with stairs. Jeffrey answered all of our questions and helped us find a dry cleaners for my husband’s tuxedo. "

"The home was very clean. The location was great being near all the areas we wanted. Host very attentive and quick responses. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Air conditioning worked great. Strange that both showers located in tubs only had one side of a shower door, which made it either cold while showering or allowed water to escape to floor. All beds and couch were low, so for a person with knee issues it was hard getting up and down. Especially when our whole family is over 6 feet...

"We enjoyed the location very much. Easy to get to and quick access to the main road and also very close to downtown. We like the fact that this location has its own washer and dryer unit there. The host is very responsive and very informative. Parking is also amazing and spacious for two vehicles. Definitely a place to stay at again in the future for me."
