"This place saved us when our previous VRBO rental canceled the day before our trip! The communication with the property manager was top notch & much appreciated to make us feel more comfortable with a last minute booking. The house is a little quirky but cute. It was only a few minute walk to the beach, so we went down every morning and walked the beach which was amazing. It is a pretty steep hill to get back to the house, just something to keep in mind if anyone has mobility issues. All in all...

"This place was simply perfect for us and you cannot beat the location if you are wanting to be in the Redondo Beach area. Kitchen is well stocked, which we had an opportunity to utilize several times. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The area feels very safe and I had no problem feeling comfortable enough to walk by myself at dark the the nearby place to get supplies. Central location was very perfect for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"This unit is quirky in that the "ladder" to the bed is a bit intimidating but it was clean, quiet, and close to beaches and where I needed to be for business. The check in was easy and I was met and shown around. Lovely garden/siting area outside and even had some basic supplies like shampoo, toothpaste. Only a mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker but you are so close to so many amazing restaurant s and coffee shops in the Hollywood Rivera (Redondo Beach, PVE and Torrance. Tried il Primo, The Rex...

"The property was a couple of blocks from where my Grandparents lived in the 40's until the 70's. "

"The home is exactly as pictured on listing and there were no surprises. It is an adorable little house with lots of outside living spaces. The one bathroom is tough for a family but of course that is stated in the listing. The location is unbeatable and the house came with a parking pass which is a must have if you have a car because all nearby parking requires a residential pass. We had to buy some fans even though they had some provided- the no AC thing proved to be challenging a few nights...
