"Easy check-in, quiet neighborhood, responsive host, comfortable beds, nice decor, great showers, and had everything we needed for cooking. Bring an eye mask if sleeping on the couch since it gets pretty bright. A bit of a squeeze to get to the garage so we only parked there overnight, but the street had plenty of parking. 100% would recommend and would stay here again. "

"Lovely property that was very clean and welcoming. Interior space was ideal for 2 adults and 3 teenage children and the property had a nice homely feel. The kitchen is very well equipped and the laundry facilities were a big bonus after staying in a hotel previously. 10 min walk to Hollywood Boulevard (Chinese Theatre) area and 15 min drive to Universal Studios theme park so handy for the tourist attractions. Property is on a quiet street however we felt save walking up to the main roads. Garden...

"While the room was technically as described, it was very old. We were on the third floor and had an "ocean view," however this just meant a small sliver of ocean in the distance. The curtains for the balcony didn't close all the way meaning that your intimate activities are seen by the entire outside (we used a clothespin to hang them together).
The worst part was the noise. The walls seem paper-thin. We could hear small children yelling and people walking right outside our room at 7am waking...
