"Even though this is obviously managed by a corporate/ property manager, communication was atrocious. Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. And the VRBO messaging system was then blamed for the delay. The apartment itself was fine and reasonably comfortable, but badly stocked for a managed property. No pool towels were provided even though the description makes a big deal about not...

"Spacious, tidy and well appointed condo, full of natural light, in a lovely complex. Nice amenities with a pretty pool, gym and guest parking. Easy communication with property management. The carpet could use cleaning or replacing; off white must be hard in a vacation rental. We did have to ask about how to get in the gate of parking garage, and even after following instructions for a few different options, we had to go with the original suggestion of waiting for another resident to open the...

"Eh. The property was definitely not exquisite. It was mostly good but these things made it less than ideal: there was always a “gardener” in the backyard each day making it unusable (and we didn’t get any notification that there’d be someone on the property every day), the trundle bed couldn’t be pulled out and there was a crib in the same room making it super tight, water pressure in the showers was real low, the AC didn’t keep the temp consistent and the working fridge was in the living room."

"The home is nice and in a good location. That being said, one bedroom had no power at all so really wasn’t usable. The landlord’s communication was basically non existent when we tried to chat with them. When we arrived at the property, the front door was open, which was also a bit unnerving. Overall, the property was nice, but the landlord has a lot to work on from a communication standpoint."

"The house was very clean and served as a good place for our family’s trip to Disneyland. Communication was great with owner. If there were changes needed it would be the hardware in the showers which were difficult to turn on; new towels in a a light or white color (a little worn), and redoing of some of baseboard areas. Just these minor changes would catapult this house into luxury level. Overall, it’s a great place to stay!"
