    Situated right across the street from Disneyland’s Micky and Friends parking structure, guests need only walk just 0.6 miles, or 10 minutes to the Tram Station at Magic Way, then take a FREE FUN ride to Disneyland’s entrance. Or if you prefer to take bus/shuttle, the nearest bus/shuttle stop at Holiday Inn is just 600 feet from property. Great Location! Uber is very convenient, just $6 for 5 people one way to or from Disneyland.

    This 4 bed rooms(include 2 master suites) single family house has all the amenities that you need--strong Wi-Fi, central A/C, lots of options for watching TV/movies, grilling, playing pool, swimming in the pool, cooking, laundry, and more. All in a safe and quiet environment. Everything has been comfortable and the house is well-stocked. What a clean and safe place for family/ friends gathering or an efficient hub for college remote work & study.

    It's good time to go Beach and enjoy California Sunshine. The property is about 25 minutes drive to Huntington Beach or Newport Beach. Come relax and enjoy!

    Please note that City of Anaheim has very strict Noise Control Policy, please be quiet during 10:00 PM--09:00 AM (QUIET TIME) and don't disturb neighbor. City collects Trash on Tuesday, please move three trash bins outside gate at curb of street Monday evening and move back Tuesday evening. Please park at driveway, good for 5 cars include RV. Street Parking Not allowed and will get ticket with $40 fine. There're Rental Rules at Property (on bulletin board), online at VRBO mobile hospitality and attached on Rental Agreement.

We took our family for a 5 night stay, 8 adults, 3 little ones. Roger was a perfect host, easy to contact and quick to respond. The extra strollers on property were a great bonus. Property was just as described. Definitely would stay here again.

Excellent property very close to Disneyland and California Adventure. Saved 40 per day on parking that would have only gotten us a few minutes closer. Property was very well stocked. Had everything you’d need. We didn’t get to use the pool as we got back after quiet hours most nights. Beds were super comfortable. Everyone in our family commented on them. Great stay!

Our family of 8 really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our goal was to be within walking distance of Disneyland and have access to a pool and hot tub. An additional bonus was the excellent and timely communication with Roger who was always available if we had a question. We were so thrilled to receive his detailed message a week in advance of our stay which eliminated worry over locating and accessing the property. Thank you Roger for a delightful vacation stay.

Great communication with host who would reach out to make sure thi is were good. The Full kitchen was great and had all you would need to cook, which we did most nights. The hot tub was great, the pool was about 3 feet deep which was disappointing to the older kids but was great to cool off and was large. The place was very clean and close to Disney, the beach and shopping!!!

Overall our stay was amazing. 15 minute walk from the front door to the entrance of both Disney parks was such a plus. Rooms were big and had what we needed. The house overall could definitely have been cleaner - used coffee filter in the coffee maker, weird tape over one of the lights above the bed. The kids stuff was so convenient, though they also could definitely have been cleaned much better.Overall the property was great and we would sta again!

Great value. Our families fit comfortably in the 3 rooms. It was a quick walk to Disney and we would come back mid-day and enjoy the pool before heading back for the evening. I highly recommend this property.

This property is excellent as a base for Disneyland. Lots of beds and bathrooms help with a house full of people. Free driveway parking, a hot tub, and a pool! The kitchen seems well stocked, the dining table is large and the new sofas are great. The house is within walking distance of Disneyland - but be warned - it is a very long walk and it seems even longer at the end of the night when you are tired. This trip we used Uber/Lyft from the house to the drop off zone at Disneyland and it really improved our fun in the park.

We had a fantastic stay. The host is very kind, quick to respond, and very accommodating. The house has everything you need for your stay and then some! It is located very close to the parks, and is an easy walk to downtown Disney. The house itself needs some minor cosmetic repairs, (knobs on the dressers fell off, towel rods were loose, door knobs need tightening, etc). However, we really enjoyed our stay and have already booked to stay again when we visit in September.

This was the perfect stay for my family of 7 adults and three children. We did 3 days to Disney and the walk was not far at all. The host communicated with us the entire time which was super helpful.

This property was definitely set up for a large group. We had 7 adults and one toddler and house accommodated us perfectly. With the four bedrooms and three bathrooms, everyone had enough time to get ready for our day at Disneyland. The location was perfect for visiting Disneyland, either for walking or driving because the Mickey/Pixar parking garage was within a mile. I recommend this place for your next visit to Disneyland.

The location is close to Disneyland. Able to walk to Downtown Disney each day. Rooms are spacious and plenty of beds. Well supplied with everything we needed including strollers, etc. Roger was easy to reach as needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Very convenient location. Walking distance to parks and short distance to stores. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Pool is not heated so keep that in mind. When we went it was March so pool was way to cold to swim in. Beds were comfortable and plentiful. Roger was great to work with and had great communication

This location was great for our family for our Disneyland trip! We walked to downtown Disney and then to Disney from there. Roger was very kind and let us park our cars in the driveway a few hours before our check in time. There was lots of space for everyone. I loved having a crib for my baby in the room as well. I would recommend staying here!
