"We had a great 2-night stay in mid June. Steven was easy to communicate with, very responsive and super accommodating. He was able to give us a late check out that we appreciated very much. There are steps to get to the house and the interior spiral staircase is narrow, but don’t let that discourage you. The views are well worth it. The house has everything you need, clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. I’d book this house again."

"Condo needs renovations and a paint job. The tile in the bathrooms was very dirty and the shower heads were terrible. I understand that it might be expensive to get products in an island to renovate, but for the price per night, we expected better. We also reached out to the lady on the instructions a day before asking about the coffee maker situation, never heard back. Reached out again since we were having issues with the parking brake on the golf cart, she responded about the coffee maker and...

"Amazing place and fantastic host! This place has everything you want and need for your stay in Catalina and if you need something additional the hosts are super responsive. We have a baby who refuses to sleep in a pack and play so I asked if they could get a mini crib and they did so without question. Plus the views and the golf cart and all the equipment like basketballs and tennis racquets make the stay top notch. We will definitely be back"
