"Fabulous location. Close to some great bars and eateries. Place was clean and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. View was incredible from the apartment and the shared patio. We used the BBQ which was clean but needs some maintenance for good cooking. Photos made it look bigger than it is, especially with our two adult children it was pretty tight and only three stools for the table but sleeps four. Easy parking and good communication. Would definitely stay again if just for two of us."

"We love staying here but it definitely needs some updating. Pots and pans are in horrible shape and we had to buy sheet pans which I guess I left. Lol!!! Don’t like having to pay so much extra for housekeeping but it was necessary especially being at the beach. And for what we paid for 6 nights, it definitely should have been included. Housekeeping staff were very sweet. John was fantastic!!!! So helpful and promptly answered our questions."

"This rental is just one block from the PCH and is centrally located in one of the best areas of Laguna Beach in my opinion. The unit was as described and pictured. The courtyard area is private and very nice if you want to sit outside to read or hang out. The rental is on the smaller side but it's Laguna Beach. Who's spending their time inside? "Perhaps 10 years ago, this was a good property with a wonderful view. Today it is rundown and filthy. There were cockroaches in our unit, french fries underneath the beds, an icemaker that quit working and was very noisy and no one came to fix it. The furniture was torn and filthy. "a beautiful place to stay with an unsurpassed beach view and access if many many stairs are not a problem. However, a dirty living area carpet and a stained, worn couch were disappointing.
