Perched on a hillside above the Pacific, this oceanview villa hands you the keys to the island from the moment you arrive - literally. A 2020 EZGO electric golf cart is included with your stay, ready to carry you through Avalon at your own unhurried pace.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The villa accommodates up to 4 guests across two sleeping areas. The bedroom features a Cariloha king bed, and a sofa bed in the living area handles the rest of the group. Bed linens, hangers, clothing storage, and an on-site washer are all provided - pack light and let the island keep you longer.
 
Living space
Mahogany hardwood floors and limestone finishes bring a grounded warmth to the interior - the kind that feels natural on the California coast. The open living area flows easily from day to evening: TV, Wifi, and Alexa voice-enabled features let you choose your own level of connection. A ceiling fan, portable fans, and heating give you full control over the atmosphere, whatever the coast decides to do outside.
 
Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen means you're never dependent on reservations. Hamilton Cove is a gated community set along the Avalon coastline - a secure, peaceful base with easy access to everything Catalina Island offers. Please note that exterior security cameras are in place at the front door and patio, and the Hamilton Cove community maintains cameras in all common areas.
