"Excellent, roomy property in a central location that makes it easy to enjoy Hollywood, Museum Row, and other great spots. It’s not walking distance to these places, but it’s just a short drive or rideshare away. The room was well appointed and included a small kitchen with nice appliances. "Where to start? I booked this place because it was a 10 minute walk from a venue, but the studio I was given was two more miles away. The kitchen was a disaster. Oven did not work. Stove top was cracked and filthy. Microwave did not work nor would its door close. The couch and lampshades had stains. The dryer took HOURS to dry anything. "We had a couple issues during our stay, however they were handled in a timely manner. The location was probably the best part about it. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations during the week. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit due to the noise from other renters. For the price, location and staff, I would recommend staying."
