    We are happy to provide you with as much or as little interaction as you desire. We can welcome you when you arrive and give you a 'tour' of the apartment, or we can provide you with self check-in instructions so that you can let yourself in at your convenience (most people prefer this option).

    We do require a copy of your ID and the CC used for payment upon booking. Please feel free to cover up all personal information and all but the last 4 digits of your CC. This is to protect our guests and us against fraudulent bookings.

    Either way we will help you with anything you require, and then respect your privacy. Please text or call us with any concern, question, suggestion, gossip as required :)

    Please be mindful of the fact that this is a 2-story townhome withs stairs and located in a duplex (1 shared wall) and you may sometimes hear guests from the unit next door.

This VRBO rental was everything we were looking for--cozy (yet easily accommodated our family of five), clean and well-kept, nicely situated just steps from the Walk of Fame and quiet in the evenings. It was a great home base for us during our stay and we were able to easily get to Universal as well as various restaurants and shopping venues. The host was warm and very helpful if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a rental in Hollywood!

For those wanting to be in the heart of Hollywood, this is an ideal location, just a few blocks from many major attractions. The townhome was clean and spacious with only minor wear and tear. Off street secured parking was also a plus. One thing to be aware of for those with mobility issues is there are stairs to enter the townhome, access the 2nd floor and to access the underground parking. Parking is gated and does require entering the townhome to retrieve the keyfob before accessing the parking. We enjoyed our stay!

This was perfect for our vacation. Close proximity to things we wanted to do in Hollywood as well as somewhat central to the things we wanted to do in greater Los Angeles area.

The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. This apartment home is in a centrally located and easy to walk to Hollywood Blvd. The two parking spots included are key for being in this area. Beds were comfortable and the place is shockingly very quiet for being in a busy area. I will return.

Great location, clean as a whistle and plenty of room for our family of six. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our two weeks in Hollywood - so close to everything.

I rented this home to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. We were able to walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and very close to Universal Studios as listed. The property was amazing! The shower was my all time fave! The water pressure and hot water was just like home! The host was very attentive and responsive! I highly recommend this property! It was perfect for our mini-getaway.
