"You have to pay to park per car. $34 is a pretty hefty parking pass. There was a big pile of trash on the third floor of the parking garage, and the parking garage smelled very bad. You also may feel very dizzy in the garage. You have to press the down button on the parking garage elevator to go up to the lobby. That made no sense. The hotel room was adequate enough. Not worth the price though. You'd be better off staying elsewhere."

"The staff were very uninviting when we checked in. The service was terrible. We requested room clean service the next day in the morning before we left for our conference and we returned to an uncleared room and had to reuse some towels because we ran out. We paid our car parking in full, yet when we would leave, we were stuck at the gate it won’t open. We asked the front desk for help and they would not move from their desk to assist us. Staff are very rude."
