This entire villa in Avalon offers unobstructed views over Hamilton Cove Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Positioned on a hillside 87 steps above street level, the home overlooks the surrounding coastline and nearby pool area. Waterfront and beach access place you right next to the water, while a private entrance adds a sense of arrival and ease. An included electric golf cart makes getting around Avalon simple and enjoyable.

Sleeping arrangements
Designed to accommodate up to four guests, the villa includes one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom features a king Ritz Carlton mattress dressed with Cariloha sheets. In the living area, a queen Restoration Hardware sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space without compromising comfort.
