"This was a great place – two bedrooms a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.And the location – super great location – less than 30 min from LAX and the Long Beach airport, 20 minutes to the beautiful California beaches. 35 min drive to Santa Monica. Walking distance to Walmart and Aldi – you cannot ask for more. Not to forget the two parking places included. It is a real problem to park anywhere in the LA area. "

"My college-age son and I loved our stay here. The location is amazing, the apartment was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and Barbara and Stephen were wonderful. They gave us recommendations for local and current activities that ended up being the highlights of our trip. The tiki pad will forever be my first-choice place to stay in LA!"

"Had a great time! Place was clean! Very responsive in communications. "

"The check in process was really easy, it can be hard to find the right bridge (especially at night). Wi-fi worked well for texting but you won’t be able to make any calls. We could use face-time. Kitchen had a toaster oven and microwave. There was also a grill you can use. Bed was comfortable! The people there were very helpful and the hiking trails were awesome! There were quite a few people staying in places in the property but it felt very private!"

"Stayed in town for a night for a concert. Found this spot fairly last minute. Was super clean, tons of extra food/snacks/drinks if we needed anything. Host was super communicative. Would stay again! "
