"Location, location, location.Steps away from the fabulous shops and restaurants of Santa Monica's Montana Avenue, in one of the nicest neighborhoods for walking in all of the Los Angeles area. Whole Foods and a larger grocery store both within easy walking distance as well. Sara, the host, was incredibly responsive, and there were so many nice touches, including a supply of coffee that lasted me the whole 6 weeks I was there, a handy water cooler, fresh muffins and flowers upon my arrival, and...

"Overall, we were happy with the rental, but there are a few improvements that could be made to give this a higher rating. The condo was very clean and in a safe, residential area one block from the beach. The kitchen was nice and my daughter appreciated the nespresso machine! The condo could use more beach towels, beach chairs, and plastic cups for the beach. Other than that, it was stocked well. The bed is positioned in an area where bright morning light shines in between the two shades. A...

"We had an amazing stay! My girlfriend and I were absolutely delighted with everything. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved having a refrigerator, kitchen, and microwave, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. The atmosphere was welcoming, peaceful, and felt like a home away from home. Every detail contributed to a wonderful experience, and...

"Un sitio fantastico y muy agradable. Para repetir.
La unica omega es que estaban realizando obras en un apartamento del complejo y los ruidos y molestias eran constantes. Los dueños no avisaron que se estaban haciendo obras en e establecimiento, por lo que la estancia durante el día era imposible.

"Excellent, roomy property in a central location that makes it easy to enjoy Hollywood, Museum Row, and other great spots. It’s not walking distance to these places, but it’s just a short drive or rideshare away. The room was well appointed and included a small kitchen with nice appliances. The building decor was stylish and also had good security features to feel completely safe. Our rental came with a designated parking spot in the protected basement garage. There are coffee shops and retailers...

"* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again.
* We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

"Unique and artsy room, very much in the spirit of "glamping." We originally stayed in Topanga to be close to Malibu at a better rate, but were pleasantly surprised to find Topanga a lot more fun than Malibu, a little gem of a town with great cafes."

10/10 Excelente
