  • Description: Please read entire ad**
    Typical mid century Florida Block home built in 1956 during the Kennedy Space Center's original construction. Lush yard and surroundings. Corner lot providing relative privacy. Comfortable but not fancy. I offer Affordable family accommodations and am working on updating as I can.
    **Please note : I and my 2 sweet and quiet dogs Peanut and Brownie live in an attached "In-Law" apartment next door. There is a door but you have a 1/4" Dead bolt lock on your side and it's locked on my side as well.
    It is only used between guests for Housekeeping Services. Separate entrances ensure your privacy. I had a 4.8 out of 5 star rating on a comparable site. I communicate via text, ensuring your safety, and can happily recommend restaurants, viewing sites, etc, if requested.

The host was easy to get a hold of and very friendly & accommodating. Check in was very easy. The house was clean and easy to find, definitely met our expectations. The a/c worked great, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us. We only stayed one night after our cruise and weren't there long enough to use all of the amenities, but I would certainly stay again.

Our family stayed here for one night before a cruise, and it was ideal for the 7 of us. The proximity to the cruise terminal was beneficial, the check-in process was simple, and property was in good condition.

Great stop over for a fantastic price! The beds were amazing!! Best sleep of the trip. House is older and not glamorous but it fit us well. Thanks for the home away from home.

We stayed for 1 night before boarding our cruise the next day at Port Canaveral. Awesome price, great property, perfect for what we needed! Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Easy check in, house was clean and inviting. Nice side yard for our dog. The beds were very comfortable also. Will definitely keep Tom's place on my list for future rocket launch adventures.

Clean and comfortable. We let ourselves in and out seamlessly. Everything was well labeled to assist with proper use. Air was on and nicely cold when we arrived. I ran water through the coffee maker thinking it might be yucky, but it wasn't! We found a fun game in the drawer and Netflix on the tv. Wifi worked well all week. There isn't an inside door to the gated backyard for dogs, but we didn't have any trouble getting through the side gate to let the dog roam out back. All humans and dogs were comfy and well accommodated
