"Staff are very friendly. The elevator is slow as others have reported. Great ocean view from the balcony. The room was clean on a surface level but there were areas left untouched like behind the nightstand in the bedroom. Things I didn't like were beyond the control of the resort like people chain smoking from their balcony or letting the door leading out to the balcony slam shut."

"AVOID! Rude, shady host & whole experience was a nightmare. I booked a stay as a gift for my adult daughter & her boyfriend. They arrive to learn the stay had been cancelled. In fairness the host did send an email to cancel the booking & I never saw it because it went to spam, but something that critical should have warranted a phone call. I was told the reason for cancellation was that the name on the cc (mine) did not match the name on the booking (my daughter's). A simple phone call from...

"Have to go to sister hotels for breakfast, sauna, other amenities. A/C in my room was broken, had to switch rooms. Windows didn’t open in room. Otherwise it was fine and close to beach. Have to pay extra for housekeeping."
