Although I did not use the kitchen for any cooking, it is equipped with all the essentials needed for any meals that you may want to prepare. The bathroom is a little on the small side but functional, the lighting is BRIGHT and PERFECT for makeup application! The bed is very comfy, too! "Nice area, easy to get to. Rooms were fine, no regrets staying here. We were visiting our son, so didn't spend a lot of time in unit. We'd stay there again in the future. Heads up, we picked this location for the one level accommodations as we were traveling with my 85 year old mother-in-law. The bathtub has a very rounded, somewhat slippery bottom. Something to be aware of if you will have elderly people with you."

"Check in and instructions were good. We loved the area, very good neighborhood. We loved that there were chairs and an umbrella on site so convenient. We loved that you were right in the beach. The condo was nice, the beds were comfortable and it fit our family well. One downfall I hated feeling sand on your feet all the time, but can’t be helped. I swept daily, but it’s the beach so it’s expected. The cabinets needed stocked with more stuff and if you run out of anything just gotta pick up...

There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental.
