"We had a one night stay in a queen suite and were scoping out the property leading up to our seven night stay soon. Having so many amenities is a huge plus, especially transportation wise. Communication via text was excellent and when we arrived at 11:30am, they already had our room ready. After the quick check in, they called the nice new shuttle van to drive us to building seven. When we were ready to take the 12:15pm bus to Hollywood Studios, we called the front desk, had the driver back in...

"The staff was very accommodating and did whatever was needed for us to have a great stay. Unfortunately the room we requested, and I spoke to them personally on the phone, and was told no problem, was not available when we got there. The room they gave us was musty smelling, we walked in and right out. The next room was good, but not completely clean. There were long black hairs on the tub and kitchen counter. The kitchen counter was sticky. There were a couple of dead cockroaches in the closet....
