To be fair to any potential renter, we did not spend much time in the tiny house as we had other obligations. Understand, the word tiny means tiny. But this house was very clean and well decorated. "The accommodations were very clean. The location was close to the parks yet quiet. The pool was the perfect temperature. Great water pressure. My only issues was the kitchen was not set up for a family that wanted to cook. Some basics other properties have, could have made all the difference. Either a sponge or scrub brush or dishwasher pod to clean dishes. A nonstick skillet or Pam. A broiler pan or cookie sheet. Salt and Pepper!!!! Also couldn’t get TV in living room to work, was set up for...

The condo is modern and spacious w/great pool amenities and relaxing view off balcony! It was nice and clean inside w/easy access by stairs or elevator. Plenty of parking and quiet.
