I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. When I checked in, I was told that I had an account from previous visits and would receive a free night stay, but at checkout I was charged a completely different price than what was originally quoted.
In addition, there were several maintenance issues in my room. The water pressure in the shower was very poor, and the showerhead was not working when I first arrived. I had to contact the service desk and wait for it to be replaced before I could even leave to get something to eat. The bathtub was also clogged, causing dirty water to pool around my feet while showering. The bathroom sink had the same issue, and it was also leaking underneath, which caused all of my towels to become wet.
On top of that, the TV remote did not work properly, and no one followed up to resolve the issue in a timely manner Overall, the lack of responsiveness and attention to these problems made my stay very inconvenient.
To make matters worse, the supervisor I spoke with at checkout was very rude and dismissive when I tried to explain the pricing discrepancy and the issues I experienced. No effort was made to address my concerns or offer any kind of credit.
This was not the level of service I expected, especially as a returning customer, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
