"We loved the house. Plenty of space and lots to do between the pool, arcade room, and theater room. We also enjoyed the multiple clubhouse waterparks we had access to. We had a couple issues with the pool and a/c but property management resolved quickly. Highly recommend booking this house"

"The home was filled with kids coloring books, games, essentials, and pool toys. There were plenty of towels, bedding, & pillows. Everything was labeled so it made it stress free on finding things or trying to figure out what button worked what. We were very pleased and highly recommend!! Thank you!!"

"My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!"

"Overall we were happy with the property! Our kids enjoyed the pool and the themed rooms.The front door lock was a bit hard to figure out at first, but the house was ready when we arrived at check in. The minimal toiletries that they stated would be there weren't (other than a trash bag), so we had to run out immediately after arriving for toilet paper and paper towels. Bummer they dont offer the Resort ammenties or we would book again next time to golf as well."

"This was such an amazing property for our family. Great location for my family to enjoy the parks and an excellent pool and game room to unwind with after a long day. "We stayed for a week at this property. We have stayed in Champions Gate 6-7 times now. This was the best one yet! The house was beautiful, well equipped, well decorated, and everything worked. Our host was attentive, and was able to help with anything I needed or requested. You cannot go wrong renting this house! Highly recommend!"

"Very nice home with enclosed pool on the lake. We had some issues at check in with alarm code and owner was quick to offer help. We messaged owner about the in home temperature and thermostat not working but did not hear back through vrbo messaging, so we delt with it being 80-83 degrees inside the home. Luckily we were gone most of the day Saturday and Sunday for work functions and left first thing Monday morning. Wish we had more time to enjoy the property though, it was beautiful. The...

"We loved the house. This house is in a great central location for all the major Orlando activities - Universal, various Disney parks, Legoland, etc. Legoland is just under and hour away but the Disney parks are all within 25 minutes or less. The house offers 4 bedrooms each en-suites so everyone in the family has their own space. "All of the other reviews sold us on staying here, and once we arrived, we were not let down. Upon arrival, check-in was very easy and what was really remarkable is the house is very, very clean. Furthermore, everything you would need to support a family is already at the house.
