Our king bedroom suite is a blissful retreat, featuring a king-size 12 inch memory foam bed with a fully equipped charging station on bed and usb ports on bedside lamps. Private access to a fully equipped bathroom with premium towels, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. We also have a bluetooth speaker in the bathroom to stream your favorite jams while having a relaxing shower.

Relax and unwind with your favorite streaming services on the 65 inch smart TVs in either the bedroom or living room.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including pots, a knife set and a Keurig coffee maker to start your day with a fresh cup of coffee. We also have as assortment of teas and hot cocoa for the little ones.
Cozy up on the comfortable luxury furniture and watch your favorite movies on the 65 inch smart tvs. Our guests have access to a plethora of amenities, including two swimming pools, a shallow pool for the little ones, a hot tub for relaxation, a well-equipped fitness center, a tennis court for some friendly competition, and a BBQ/picnic area for family gatherings. Kids will love the playground, while nature enthusiasts can explore the Shingle Creek Regional Park Trail, which offers scenic views of the lake and amenities like biking and paddling.

Guests will be provided a Visitor decal for their car for over-night parking. (the decal must be returned to the unit prior to check-out or there will be a replacement fee of $200).

The inside of the unit was beautiful. Great coffee station with creamers and a nice selection of coffee. King size bed was comfortable.The construction outside was noisy and they started early, the crew members were very polite though. We could hear people walking above the unit and on the stair wells through out the night. The hot tub closet to the unit was closed and under repair, the other hot tub was at the entrance and you had to drive to or very long walk, and you could only park your car until 5pm in the lot that was close. The hours of the pool/hot tub was dawn to dusk, we went in January so by 6pm it was closed. If you did anything during the day, you might as well forget about being able to use. The tennis court looked nice but if they rented rackets, I could not find it.

Host was not very upfront with what was happening with condo. got a call the day we would be arriving stating they were doing some construction on the out side of property and we could cancel if we want when they could have been upfront when I messaged 2 days prior asking if reservation was all set . So I did not have time to change location and we stayed was very loud starting in the morning and not a lot of communication from the host most likely will not stay here again and we have been using Vrbo for a long time

Convenient to event and shopping/dining. Condo was as advertised and very nice. Host was difficult to get in touch with so I called the Customer Support. Even though I explained one question I had, three times, he still didn’t get it correct! Finally was contacted to by Host. Neighbor upstairs extremely rude in that they allow their child to STOMP and RUN around early in the morning and then from about 5:00-midnight everyday!! Host said they’d mention it to the office but I doubt it’ll change. We didn’t use the pool. Building number not on check in instructions and should be clearly marked as the Condo is clear in the back of the property. Otherwise it was okay.

The apartment was clean a nice size for a couple, close to grocery stores and shopping centers within minutes. You could easily pick up something to prepare or go out to eat due to the location. The check in process was easy. You were granted an access to use the facility pool if you so desire.

The room was clean and well-equipped. There is a pool, although we did not use it. The complex appeared to be in a working-class area and it was convenient for our needs, to restaurants, etc. We did not go to the theme parks, so cannot speak on that aspect. Ample parking spaces near the condo.

This unit was beautifully decorated and clean! Check-in was easy with detailed instructions given. It was a quiet area. We were able to utilize the pool. It was not busy and we essentially had it to ourselves. It appeared that there was some maintenance/painting going on with many of the buildings at the complex. This activity was quiet and easy to navigate as well. The entrance into the complex is monitored, and was an easy process. For our purposes (The Orange County Convention Center) we were a little further south than I realized, but with a vehicle it appeared that other theme parks, etc. would be easily accessible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

It was a nice place to stay for two people and looked exactly like the pictures. The only downside is the upstairs neighbor is very loud until 12 or 1 AM and you can hear everything going on from upstairs.

Fantastic stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental. The drive to Universal and Disney were not bad at all. Very safe gated community! Other people have complained about the people who live above but they were not that bad and even if they were it’s an apartment building so it’s normal. We had a great time and will likely stay here again!

I would stay again.

We enjoyed this property. Had some trouble initially figuring out the check-in at the gates. A day or two in we also realized that yes, the provided rear-view mirror tag actually DOES automatically open the gates, which was great. ;-)The property is very small, as described. I liked the decorations and thought it all seemed very well kept. We had a problem with some dishes and silverware being put away dirty, but the dishwasher and supplied pods fixed that up quick enough.The upstairs neighbour noise was a bit to deal with. It sounds like everyone wore shoes and like to run back and forth, while occasionally moving around heavy furniture. They generally kept the same hours as us though, so no troubles sleeping.The couch was a bit uncomfortable and the chair was terrible, but I have still seen worse. Overall, we were happy and I would stay here again. Thanks!
