"The stay was good. It was fairly clean, could tell they battle with moisture but the room didn’t smell bad and it was a good stay. If we did need anything they were very quick to bring it. Customer service was pretty good! Would stay again."

"The rooms were not clean. We stayed for four days, and despite placing the “Please Clean Room” sign on our door, housekeeping never came to clean our room.
The biggest disappointment was the river shown in the photos. It is not located directly by the hotel as the pictures suggest. You have to walk about two blocks to reach it. If the river view is one of the reasons you’re booking this hotel, be aware of that. There are other hotels in the area at similar or even lower prices with better...
