"This is my first time staying out by the airport when in Singapore for a day or two rather than choosing a downtown hotel location. I was very pleased with my choice. The hotel is very clean, has good amenities, and the room was very comfortable. Staff were exceptional -- very quick at check-in and all staff that I encountered were very nice. Exceptionally convenient being one stop from the airport on the MRT and with two lines directly next door heading into CBD. Also, a shopping mall next...

"チェックインは、事前にメール等で連絡した上で、フロント上の端末で操作しますが、スタッフの方が対応してくれたので助かりました。スタッフは常駐していないので、操作に不安がある人は、スタッフのいる時間帯にチェックインすることを勧めます。 部屋にはキッチンがついていて便利でした。私の部屋には、食器や調理器具、電子レンジもそろっていましたが、食器用洗剤だけありませんでした。 尋ねたところ、無いとのことだったので、駅近くのスーパーで購入しました。 洗濯機が部屋にあるのもありがたかったです。 快適に過ごせました。"

"The rooms/suite were great size and clean. The hallways need more attention specially carpet cleaning. Hands down to the wonderful staff specially the managers Rafael and Diana! We felt so welcome and felt like home. The staff were all very respectful, helpful and very much accommodating. We would stay in this hotel again when we are in Singapore."
