"The communication with the property management team was terrible. The pool table was rickety and placed improperly so you could not use it. The ball game was broken. The treadmill was broken. The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. "This property was kept in great shape! Vince was very accommodating with check in and out times, very communicative! The unit itself was in great condition, only a couple of downsides and not all were in the owner’s power. There was a smell coming out of the kitchen sink/garbage disposal, only noticeable when washing dishes. Parking is an absolute menace if you have more than one vehicle. Uncovered spots get taken fast. A backyard shade is pictured in the photos but not provided, not a big deal...
