"The resort was fantastic, and the food was excellent. However, our biggest disappointment was the room service. I’m not sure if our room was assigned to a new, inexperienced staff member, but they missed daily service twice. They never replaced the coffee capsules or snacks, and they never did a thorough cleaning including sinks. We won’t be returning to the resort only because of a bad room service."

"TRS Coral was an amazing property. The rooms were very clean, as well and the entire complex. All the staff members we interacted with were top notch always accommodating and helpful. Yurenni, our butler was fantastic! Any and every thing we needed she was right there to help. She was so informative about what was going on around the resort during the day and night. We couldn’t have been happier. I would definitely recommend this resort and we hope to visit again!"
