"This Hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the staff is extremely friendly and the areas are very clan. I totally recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for something spectacular and affordable. "I’m happy with my stay at this property. The location is very convenient; close to the beach, quiet, and safe, as it’s in a private area with restricted access during the night. Excelente la atención de Francisco, quien atiende el lobby bar asi como de Noe del restaurant La Paloma, fueron muy atentos y cordiales todo el tiempo. Pero si hubo varias personas muy hostiles cuando preguntabas por algo, espero logren que el.cien por ciento de su personal sea mas atento con el cliente."

"Jw marriot cancun is beautiful inside and out. All their employees were excellent and very accomodating. Enough outdoor pools to accomodate a large crowd, beautiful pool side ocean views great for pictures. Hotel has a little pizza shop where you can buy things that you forgot at home plus delicious pastries and food. Very close to transportation on bus if you want to explore other fun activities. We felt really safe in cancun. We will defenitely stay at this hotel again love it"

"Really enjoyed our stay for three nights at this hotel. We originally were booked at another hotel but the seaweed smell was so strong that we booked this one and was so happy because there was no seaweed and the amenities were wonderful. It’s a peaceful place and great restaurant on the waterside. I do wish they had a variety on their menu besides so much pasta. Highly recommend getting a room with a porch that you can walk out onto"

"Gorgeous property, pools were stunning. Heated pools open 7:00 AM-10:00 PM, multiple hot tubs that stayed open 24/7. Breakfast buffet was small but tons of fresh fruit and bakery and you could order stuff not on buffet but also included. Dinner food not great but tons of restaurants within 2 minutes walking. "Very clean and room smelled great. The staff was very friendly. Only downsides were small pool area and slow service at breakfast (we were in a time crunch and we waited about 5-10 minutes before leaving as we had no server come over to check in). Also would recommend having cold bottles of water available to guests at check in."
