"Great Mid Town location, our suite was opposite the Empire State Tower. Used the Club Access every day which was a HUGE bonus for our experience. The GYM was 10/10 modern and Cool. Had a dodgy Dinner one night with our sides being forgotten, but ate out or in the club at other times. Staff were great especially in the Club and the downstairs team. Would definitely visit again"

"Average room. Paid for upgrade to corner, and the blackout curtains don't work there. Maintenance cotuldn't fix. Coffee make worked sporadically. And the undisclosed Amenity Fee of $47 per day for no amenities we used. Complained and they took it off at checkout. Left a sour taste."

"Bare concrete floors in bathroom, freaking cold and it’s summer outside. How cold does that floor get at winter… Shower door needs a seal at the bottom so water doesn’t flow out in front of sink. Huge puddles flow out."
