"The staff all around were beyond excellent!"

"The room was good, and if you don’t need the hotel for anything except sleeping, then it’s fine. The staff is very nice. So why the low review? The concierge desk. We asked for one item to be sent to our room, we got 4 and then it was stuck on the bill, which we then had to argue. We asked them to make us reservations at the hotel restaurant, which they got wrong twice. We asked them to call us a cab, but they got what we thought was an Uber - it turned out to be a Black Car service totalling...

"We couldn’t get an early check in which is fine, I was there at noon on a Thursday so they told me they would text me if I could get in before 3. I never received a text. When I arrived after 3 to check in, the front desk associate said my husbands name was the only one on the reservation, therefore he would have to call to give permission for me to be on the room. It also was stated the room wasn’t yet ready, but it was after 3pm, check in time. I went into our reservation in Expedia and...
