"Very central, easy walk to Central Park, Broadway shows, restaurants etc. Elevator is a issue, we took the stairs a lot. Room was clean but run down. Overall we had a good experience."

"Everything was great, the food in the bar/restaurant area is very overpriced for very basic dishes. Breakfast buffet $35 per person, food was not hot, sub par taste. Other than that hotel was absolutely wonderful, clean property, helpful staff, close to many things for entertainment, close to subway stop for travel."

The toilet was cracked and would not flush properly. The HVAC system was extremely loud and the A/C would not cool the room. The temperature went from 70 to 82 degrees. The television had no connectivity. When advised, the staff did move us to a larger room. It was bigger and slightly nicer. But, still no storage, loud HVAC and...
