"Great hotel and great location. Staff was great."

"I can't say anything particularly bad about the hotel. But for the price and location, they need to renovate the rooms which are really dated. The one very annoying issue is the shower and tub faucets. They have non intuitive, complicated and non functional controls. So, my shower was luke warm at best. Note to overpaid room designer - Stick with separate hot and cold levers for the rest of us please."

"Honestly this hotel feels like ur in a train station .. no one recognises u .. or they know ur staying at the hotel ."

"We always enjoy staying at The William Vale in Brooklyn. The hotel has a great atmosphere and the staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes every visit feel comfortable and easy. The location is especially convenient for us since it’s close to our daughter’s apartment, making it the perfect place to stay when we’re visiting. It has become our go-to hotel when we’re in Brooklyn, and we look forward to staying there again. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel location is exceptional. The facilities feel dated and the level of service I was expecting for a property of this price was just not there."

"THIS HOTEL IS ABOUT TO CLOSE! The restaurant is closed, so is the spa and gym. We paid an enormous amount to stay there. There should have been some kind of warning on Expedia about this."

"Very professional and friendly staff. Lovely room and most comfortable bed. Quiet or low noise levels even off the street side. Food was very good. Bar comfortable. Boutique hotel feel. Health forward with yoga mat and roller in room, fitness center. And activities board in lobby. Like a garden in the city."
